1) Eligibility & Account
You must be 18+ and capable under Indian law. Minors may use the Site only with parent/guardian oversight.

3) Product, Orders & Pricing
Colours, specifications, product images, and availability may vary.
Prices are shown in INR. GST is charged as applicable.

Errors in product information, pricing, or availability may occur. We may cancel or modify affected orders where required.
4) Payments
Payments may be accepted through UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, and payment partners such as Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU, and Paytm, as offered at checkout.
Cash on Delivery may be available with limits, depending on product, pin code, and order value.
We do not store full card details.
5) Shipping
Typical delivery timelines are 2–5 business days, depending on product, courier, and pin code.

6) Returns
Most items are eligible for return or replacement within 7 days from delivery.

7) Promotions, User Content, Acceptable Use & IP
Promotions, discount codes, offers, and campaigns may have separate terms and validity.
You must not misuse the Site, attempt fraud, violate laws, copy protected content, or interfere with the website or services.
All brand names, content, design, product images, text, graphics, and intellectual property belong to their respective owners.

12) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Indian law.
Courts at Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
13) Electronic Records, Changes & Contact
These Terms are an electronic record under applicable Indian laws.
We may update these Terms by posting the updated version with a new Effective Date.
For grievances, contact the Grievance Officer. We acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.
